SHIPPING
How much will it cost to ship my order?
All orders shipped to an Australian address cost $3 [1-7 day delivery].
All orders shipped to a New Zealand address cost $6 [2-5 day delivery].
Any order that is shipped to an international address costs $15 [4-10 day delivery].
The only exception to this standard flat rate is: if an international order has more than 1 pair of sheepskin boots/slippers; each extra pair of boots/slippers incurs an additional $15.00 postage fee.
Over-night delivery in Australia
Hottie is committed to meeting your last-minute dealines, therefore, we offer over-night delivery for $10. Hottie.com.au uses Express Post to deliver ASAP. Please place your order prior to 4.30pm Australian Eastern Standard Time Monday - Thursday or for Monday delivery place your order on Friday prior to 4.30pm Australian Eastern Standard Time.
For over-night delivery, please pay via Credit Card, PayIt@Post or use Hottie Dollars, BPay and DirectDeposit generally take 24 hours to clear. Q: Who will deliver my package?
A: Australia Post. Hottie.com.au uses Australia Post for all of our deliveries: domestic, international and over-night, unless a customer makes a special request to use a different courier.
Q: What is Hottie's shipping schedule?
A: You may place your order at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week:
Orders completed prior to 4pm Australian Eastern Standard Time Monday-Saturday will be shipped the same day.
Orders made on Sunday or on a Public Holiday will be mailed in the morning on the next business day.
Q: How long will it take to get my shipment?
A: It depends on your payment method and your location. As soon as we receive your payment, we send your purchase.
Visa, Bank Card, MasterCard, American Express and Hottie Dollars are credited immediately; therefore, Hottie is able to send your purchase ASAP.
Pay-It-At-Post also notifies Hottie as soon as you make your payment so we are able to post your order ASAP.
Direct Deposit and BPay: as soon as our account is credited, your purchase is sent out. Payment Options
Q: How does Direct Deposit Work?
A: Direct Deposit is a simple way to transfer money directly into Hottie's bank account. The fastest way to do this is to transfer the money directly from your bank account (usually via online banking) into ours, using the BSB Number 066-103 and Hottie's Account Number 10183445. For International customers our swift code is CTBAAU2S. It is also possible to walk into any Commonwealth Bank in Australia and make a deposit for free. For a small fee, any bank in the world should be able to deposit money into Hottie's bank account and your Hottie account will be credited immediately and your order shipped.
For online banking, simply login to your banks website and choose the Pay Anyone feature. You will then be asked for our BSB Number and Hottie's Account Number and the amount to pay. Please also type in the Hottie Order Number in the memo section.
Q: How does BPay Work?
A: BPay is another way to electronically transfer funds from your account to Hottie's account. After you have confirmed your order, you will be given Hottie's Biller Code 201897and a Reference Number.
BPay is available through your banking website. Simply login to your bank's website and choose the Pay Bills or BPay feature. You will be asked to provide Hottie's Biller Code and the Reference Number for your purchase as well as the dollar amount to pay. Please also type in the Hottie Order Number in the memo section.
Q: How do I pay by Credit Card?
A: When you choose the Credit Card payment option, a drop down box appears that allows you to select Visa,Bank Card, American Express or MasterCard. When you confirm your order, Hottie.com.au will redirect you to the secure Commonwealth Bank CommWeb website. CommWeb automatically fills in the amount of your order. When you provide your Credit Card details and click the pay button, it will give you an approval number for your payment and then redirect you back to the Hottie website. Hottie.com.au will be notified immediately and we will ship your order.
Q: How do I pay with PayIt@Post by Australia Post?
A: PayIt@Post is a convenient way to pay for your order at ANY Australia Post branch. When you confirm your order, you will be redirected to Australia Post's PayIt@Post website. It will generate a Reference Number which you can print out or write down. Simply take this Reference Number into ANY Australia Post office and they will collect the payment and notify us that your order is ready to proceed. You can pay by any means that Australia Post accepts including cash, EFTPOS, or credit card. The minimum purchase amount accepted is $10.
Q: How do I pay using my Hottie Dollars?
A: You may pay for all or part of your order with your Hottie Dollar customer loyalty points. 1 Hottie Dollar = 1 Australian Dollar. When you select your payment method, you will be given the option to apply your Hottie Dollars towards your purchase. If you have enough Hottie Dollars to pay for the entire purchase, simply select it as the payment method and confirm your order. We will process your order and ship it immediately. If your Hottie Dollars only cover part of the purchase, tick the box to apply the Hottie Dollars and then select the payment method to pay for the balance of your order. When you confirm your purchase, the Hottie Dollars will be deducted from your total and you may pay for the balance of your purchase using your selected method.
